Key Responsibilities: • Lead mobile development for iOS and Android platforms • Own back-end infrastructure, including API design • Manage and mentor two developers, ensuring their growth • Collaborate on architectural decisions with the CTO • Implement engineering best practices across the team
Requirements: • Over 7 years of development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Swift and Kotlin • Solid background in Node.js, AWS, and CI/CD • Prior experience mentoring and leading teams • High autonomy and problem-solving skills
