Senior Backend Data Layer Engineer - Remote

Camunda is hiring a Backend Senior Software Engineer on the Data Layer team to build and evolve storage and query layers for Camunda 8. You will work across relational databases and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch to keep process data fast, accurate, and scalable, impacting monitoring and agent-driven automation.

You will collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to shape the data layer and drive high-quality delivery while addressing data lifecycle needs and performance goals.
