Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews and pair programming sessions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go). Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and related ORM frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Benefits
