Senior Backend Engineer

Salary paying up to £100k + annual bonus + equity

Oliver Bernard are partnering with a global technology company who are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team.

You'll be part of a cross-functional team of around 9-10, working closely with Product, Design, QA and Engineering to build and deliver backend applications from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, while also leading on projects and mentoring other engineers.

We're looking for product-led engineers with experience working on high-scale, high-throughput and low-latency systems. You'll be tackling complex challenges around real-time data and ML, alongside a strong and experienced engineering team in this space.

Tech stack: C#, .NET, AWS/Azure, MongoDB and SQL.
