Senior Backend Engineer, Case Management Platform

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and evolve a new Common case-management system used across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will own end-to-end backend initiatives including case lifecycle, routing, queues, and migration from legacy platforms.

You will design scalable services and APIs, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data teams to ensure reliable, auditable systems with strong incident response discipline.
