Senior Backend Engineer - CCaaS & Java API Focus

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Customer Support to design, build and operate backend services powering our Contact Centre. You’ll integrate CCaaS platforms such as Zendesk, Twilio and Azure, and help create robust FAQ and self-service experiences for customers and colleagues.

The role focuses on backend Java development, with opportunities to contribute to React/Next.js interfaces, and you’ll work across engineering, product, architecture and security teams.
