Senior Backend Engineer - Remote + Equity

EngagedMD is hiring an experienced backend engineer to architect and build scalable services in TypeScript and Node.js. You will lead system design for new platforms, own domains end-to-end, and collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to incident response, and help drive standards across the backend stack, balancing fast delivery with long-term quality. This is a fully remote role requiring US residency.
