Senior Backend Engineer - Scalable, Secure FinTech

OSB Group is seeking a Lead Engineer - Backend to provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple Savings squads. You’ll ensure architecture, code quality and security across backend services and Salesforce components, collaborating with UK/India teams and mentoring engineers.
