Senior Backend Software Engineer

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of complex features for a fast-growing fintech platform. You’ll work within a cross-functional engineering team to scale a reliable, cloud-based backend used by thousands of investors daily. You’ll lead design, development, and post-production activities while mentoring others and upholding coding standards. • Lead end-to-end development of new features from design to post-production
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through team discussions and workshops
• Set and enforce code review standards and software engineering best practices
• Maintain and improve coding documentation and development standards
• Serve as on-call escalation point for high-priority issues and triage as needed
• Participate in technical interviews to assess talent and support growth objectives
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies across the engineering team
• Contribute to technical strategy and landscape assessments to support scalable delivery
