Senior Behavioral Health Program Leader

Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to provide strong leadership in collaboration with or in the absence of the UHBH Director. You will oversee a diverse team and ensure evidence-based practices, timely documentation, and performance improvements while managing the department’s financials.

You will lead client-centered assessments, implement planning and strategy, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver high-quality services.
