Specializing in UKG Ready Benefits, the full-time Senior Benefits Implementation Technologist will lead the discovery, build, testing, and setup of client benefit plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead client-facing configuration and consulting work for UKG Ready Benefits from discovery to go-live Manage the full-cycle benefits implementation process, including design, build, testing, and training Translate benefit plan requirements into system configurations while explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready Benefits configuration experience Proven experience in leading or supporting full-cycle benefits implementations Working knowledge of benefits administration, including open enrollment and ACA reporting Strong client-facing consulting skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a remote, deadline-driven environment
