Walter Surface Technologies is seeking a hands-on Senior BI Developer to build, maintain, and support its BI environment using Sigma, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and dbt. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting, data models, and governed datasets while participating in migration of legacy processes to modern Snowflake/dbt solutions.

Expect collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations and adoption of AI-assisted development tools with governance.
