Senior BI & Visualisation Developer

In this role you will lead the development of scalable analytics solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape analytics strategy and deliver enterprise-grade BI capabilities. You’ll translate complex business questions into robust data models, dashboards, and reports, driving faster decision-making. This position offers the chance to influence analytics standards across the organization and mentor junior team members. You will work at the intersection of business, analytics, and engineering to enable data-driven outcomes at scale.

• Shape analytics vision and roadmap with BI Managers
• Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable analytics solutions
• Prototype analytics quickly and iterate with stakeholders
• Architect end-to-end BI solutions with Data Engineering
• Build performant dashboards (DOMO, Tableau, Looker) and manage data models
• Standardize analytics components and promote enterprise-wide reuse
• Drive data governance, data lineage, and KPI consistency
• Lead stakeholder demos, training, and enablement programs

• 8+ years in BI/Data Analytics or related field
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions
• Expert-level SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, CTEs)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Databricks)
• Strong data modeling knowledge (star/snowflake, dimensional, semantic layers)
• Proficiency in Python or R for data wrangling/analysis
• Excellent communication and ability to present to diverse audiences
• Experience working with a COE and cross-functional collaboration
