Senior Blending Applications Engineer

Lead blending application support for Honeywell customers from Markham or Calgary on a hybrid schedule, using troubleshooting and technical communication skills.

As a Senior Advanced Application Engineer, you will support global customers, particularly across North America, while working within a global team. Your focus will include Blending Applications, customer problem management, product performance, and engineering process improvement. Reporting to the Blending and Movement Engineering Manager, you will help deliver effective Honeywell applications and customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product and application support for external customers
• Manage customer problems through responsive follow-up and advocacy
• Collaborate globally to solve problems and exchange best practices
• Review and test new releases for customer issue resolution
• Deliver customer training and technical sales support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering field
• Five to seven years using Blending Applications tools
• Five to seven years supporting designated Advanced Applications
• Industrial experience with refinery processes and process automation
• Ability to travel ten percent within North America
