We're looking for a Senior BMC Helix Engineer to take ownership of a large-scale BMC Helix environment. Candidates must have active SC clearance.

  • Inside of IR35, £445 a day
  • 3 month contract
  • Hybrid to either Manchester or Birmingham (weekly visits)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and support of BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
  • Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Oversee CMDB, Discovery, workflow management, and service catalogue capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.

Essential Skills:

Active SC clearance

  • Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM and/or Remedy.
  • Expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, and workflow automation.
  • Experience leading technical teams or enterprise platform delivery.
  • Integration experience using APIs and related technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL knowledge and enterprise-scale environment experience.
