We are building a strong broker processing team and are looking for an experienced processor who wants to bring deep wholesale lending knowledge into a corporate environment.
The Senior Broker Loan Processor owns an active pipeline of broker loans and keeps each file moving from submission through closing. This role is designed for a seasoned mortgage broker processor who is ready to bring their experience to a corporate team with employee benefits, paid time off, and the opportunity to help grow the department. The right person is organized, responsive, comfortable moving at a fast pace, and takes personal ownership of follow-up and deadlines.
Own and monitor an active broker-loan pipeline, keeping milestones, deadlines, and next steps visible and on track.
• Review files for completeness and potential issues, then prepare and submit loans through multiple wholesale lender websites and portals.
• Use pricing tools, product matrices, and lender program knowledge to support loan officer decisions about available options and lender fit.
• Coordinate timely document collection and condition resolution with borrowers, loan officers, wholesale lenders, and internal partners.
• raise risks early with a proposed next step.
• Share ideas, experience, and process improvements as the broker processing department grows; Typically, 10+ years of mortgage loan processing experience, with a strong preference for a mortgage broker background. Hands-on familiarity with several wholesale lender websites, portals, submission processes, and condition workflows.
• Working knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan requirements for DSCR, bank statement, and Non-QM programs.
• Experience with mortgage pricing and a strong understanding of lender programs and product options.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, track, and manage a fast-paced pipeline with multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with loan officers, lenders, and internal teams.
