Senior BSA/AML Analyst

Owning end-to-end financial crimes investigations, the remote Senior BSA/AML Analyst will monitor and investigate AML alerts, conduct due diligence on cannabis clients, and prepare SAR reports while navigating complex regulatory environments in the cannabis sector. Key responsibilities Monitor and investigate AML alerts generated across multiple program partners Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of cannabis clients, including risk assessments Prepare marijuana-specific SAR reports in accordance with FinCEN's guidance Required qualifications 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, with fintech and cannabis banking preferred Experience filing marijuana-related SARs under FinCEN's MRB guidance framework Demonstrated knowledge of BaaS compliance models and AML obligations Experience with AML transaction-monitoring and compliance platforms CAMS certification is a plus
