Permanent, full-time Senior Business Analyst role leading discovery, requirements and process analysis for digital technology initiatives at a well-established real estate organization.
- High-ownership role on complex, cross-functional initiatives, working alongside project managers, architects and change practitioners.
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Vancouver office (you choose which days)
What & Why:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their digital delivery team and lead analysis on their most complex technology initiatives. You'll own discovery, process mapping and requirements, and challenge solution-led requests to get to the real problem. You'll also work with architecture, data and change teams to make sure initiatives are ready for delivery and adoption. Enterprise systems and technology at the organization are going through significant change, so this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal time and help shape how that change is delivered.
Who:
Our client is a well-established organization with a diverse portfolio and several billion dollars in assets under management. They focus on quality, consistency and sustainability, and they care about the people their work serves. They are known for long staff tenure and a supportive culture that invests in its people's growth.
You:
You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience, including senior-level work on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on ownership of the full analysis cycle: discovery, elicitation, documentation and traceability. You can share real examples that show the problem, what you did and the results you achieved.
- Skill in running workshops, drawing out what stakeholders actually need, and mapping how work gets done today and how it should work in the future.
- The confidence to run meetings on your own, stand behind your analysis when senior leaders challenge it, and steer conversations away from jumping to solutions and back to the underlying problem.
- A structured, repeatable approach to analysis, and a history of working closely with project managers, architects and change management partners.
- Experience delivering large enterprise technology projects.
- Strong writing and speaking skills, and the ability to adjust your style for everyone from frontline teams and vendors to executives.
Compensation:
This role pays between $90,000 and $110,000 per year
