Senior Business Analyst | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | UK-based

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Qualitype/eLIMS Forensics Programme , supporting critical solutions across Forensic Case Management, DNA LIMS and Expert Reporting .

You'll work closely with UK stakeholders and distributed delivery teams across the UK, Europe and nearshore locations within a complex, highly regulated transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process analysis
  • Produce Business/User Requirements and BPMN 2.0 process models
  • Support backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, UAT and requirements traceability
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are delivery-ready

About you

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex technology/transformation programmes
  • Excellent requirements, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong BPMN 2.0 and Agile delivery experience
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira
  • Experience in forensics, LIMS, laboratory, case management or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
