Senior Business Analyst

In this role you will serve as a senior BA supporting a key Defence client in the Midlands, driving complex requirements analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work with project managers, engineers, and architects to deliver high‑quality analysis and documentation that enables critical Defence projects. You will participate in client workshops and support delivery across stakeholders, helping transform IT solutions for a high‑stakes environment. • Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers, fellow BAs, Engineers, and Architects
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation to support project delivery
• Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities
• Support the successful delivery of critical Defence projects

• Strong consultant or senior-level BA with substantial experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management
• BCS qualification preferred (or equivalent professional credentials demonstrating BA expertise)
• Based in the Midlands with ability to travel to client site as required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• Must be a UK National
• Must hold or be able to attain SC security clearance
