Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst within Netcompany’s Projects Team, you will elicit and validate complex needs from cross-functional stakeholders to support Defence initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and architects to produce clear analyses and documentation, and you’ll engage on client sites to ensure delivery success. The role blends public sector experience with hands-on process discovery, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, backed by Netcompany’s growing Academy and career development.

• Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers, fellow BAs, Engineers, and Architects
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation to support project delivery
• Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities
• Support the successful delivery of critical Defence projects
• Utilise Confluence for documentation and JIRA for tickets and user stories
• Engage on projects involving Public Sector context

• Strong consultant or senior-level BA with substantial experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management
• BCS qualification preferred (or equivalent professional credentials)
• Based in the Midlands with travel to client site as required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• UK National
• Must hold or be able to attain SC security clearance
