Overview
In this role you will define and deliver key projects for Version 1’s Public Sector clients, guiding workshops, design and delivery from end to end. You translate user needs into solution specifications, manage stakeholders, and support testing to ensure release readiness. You will help shape business solutions through BRDs and process mapping, within an Agile delivery context. This is a growth-focused role in a digital-first consultancy that values collaboration and impactful public-sector transformation.

- Lead workshops and oversee design and delivery phases for Public Sector projects
- Perform root cause analysis and translate user needs into solution designs and specifications
- Produce detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and map business processes
- Manage stakeholders across levels from c-suite to developers, both internally and with clients
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are release-ready
- Business Analysis experience in a consultancy, services provider, or public sector organization
- Track record of producing high-quality BRDs and process mapping
- Agile delivery experience within an Agile team
- Digital or application modernization project experience
- Experience reviewing functional specification documents for alignment with BRDs
- Experience defining and designing business solutions on large and small projects
- Understanding of technology and IT systems
- Good project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
