  • Public sector, Ministry and AODA/accessibility experience is must.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions .
  • Strong experience creating As-Is and To-Be process models , process maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Experience with business rules, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, transformation, and modernization .
  • Proficiency with Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Office .
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
