Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end analysis for Funds & Trustee Services initiatives, shaping solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will operate within governance and risk frameworks and collaborate across projects, programmes, or value streams. You will support change delivery, client onboarding, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery. The role offers exposure to global product delivery and a path to meaningful impact within a leading financial services group.

- Lead end-to-end requirements and process analysis with clear, traceable outputs
- Own defined deliverables and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Support cross-functional change delivery from planning to post-implementation review
- Coordinate client onboarding and readiness across channels/products
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships and assist Product Owner with roadmap planning
- Ensure alignment with change/risk frameworks and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in BA practices and contribute to Agile ways of working
- Proven ability to capture, analyse and document business requirements with translation to functional specs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clients/third parties
- Asset servicing experience with funds/custody operations and lifecycle understanding
- Finance background with production experience (operational readiness, production controls)
- Experience contributing to change delivery, including timeline planning and Agile delivery
- Experience supporting Product Ownership: roadmaps, epics/user stories, and backlog management
