Senior Business Analyst / Process Improvement

I’m looking for a hands-on, process-focused Business Analyst to support a systems transformation within a major infrastructure business.

Before moving from a current legacy system to a new one, the business needs to understand whether the proposed workflows will improve productivity or introduce additional administration, complexity and cost.

You’ll:

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, using models to facilitate meaningful stakeholder conversations.
• Compare transaction times, manual effort, approvals and resource requirements.
• Challenge inefficiencies and identify opportunities to simplify and automate.
• Produce an evidence-based impact assessment and prioritised improvement roadmap.

You’ll need experience personally delivering operational process reviews , strong workshop facilitation skills and the confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively. You should be comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

Lean / Six Sigma experience would be useful, alongside exposure to plant, fleet, equipment hire, utilities, construction or other operationally complex businesses.
