Senior Business Analyst – Alternatives



About the Role


We’re looking for an Alternatives Senior Business Analyst to help shape the Global Target Operating Model. This is a senior role, working across business, data and technology to design scalable operating models, improve controls and drive efficiency.



Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex TOM initiatives.
  • Translate strategy and requirements into scalable solutions and roadmaps.
  • Design front-to-back solutions across investment, operations, valuation and reporting.
  • Define data flows, lineage, integration and governance.
  • Support the evaluation and integration of platforms such as eFront, Allvue, Aladdin and similar.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.



Qualifications


  • Strong Asset Management / Alternatives experience.
  • Proven Senior BA or Solutions Architect experience in investment management transformation.
  • Experience with platforms such as Allvue, eFront, Arcesium, Anaplan or Citco Unity.



Required Skills


  • Excellent stakeholder management and a strategic, structured approach to problem solving.
