Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in a fast-growing technology firm, you collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to translate client needs into actionable designs. You will refine scope, document requirements, and create artefacts like journey maps and user stories, always adopting a user-centric approach. You help ensure quality and timely delivery within budget, while aligning with government and private sector projects. • Collaborate with delivery team members (Product Owners, Service Designers, Business Users, Architects) to understand client needs and design solutions
• Refine scope and priorities, maintain backlogs, and produce artefacts such as Process Flows, Customer journey maps, and User Stories
• Test options with wider user groups and participate in Show & Tells for stakeholders
• Support assurance and quality gates to deliver right quality on time and within budget

• Agile Delivery experience
• BA experience in investigating and analyzing diverse needs and constraints
• Ability to document outcomes in clear, simple language
• Experience in Public Sector or Central Government with knowledge of GDS
• Stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork
• Experience grooming product backlog with Product Owners and producing Epics/Stories
• Experience in process modelling and customer journey mapping, and assisting user testing
• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, Mural, Miro
• Understanding of Service Maps and operating models alignment
