Senior Business Analyst

In this role you drive the lifecycle of IT and digital initiatives from initiation to handover, shaping roadmaps and delivery plans with Enterprise Architecture. You will lead change management, coordinate cross-functional governance, and manage IT risk, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient project outcomes. You will translate business needs into practical solutions and align stakeholders across global teams. This role offers meaningful impact by improving operations and customer outcomes within a regulated industry.

• Determine application retention, replacement, or retirement and convert decisions into roadmaps and project plans
• Design and execute change management and transition plans to minimize disruption
• Engage stakeholders across the organisation to elicit and validate requirements and promote cross-functional collaboration
• Establish governance routines (steering meetings, status reviews) to maintain alignment with business goals
• Coordinate IT risk management activities and remediation plans for security testing
• Identify, log, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Assess application documentation and ensure regulatory, architectural, and organizational compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support solution design and continuous improvement initiatives

• 10+ years delivering IT and/or digital projects across full lifecycle
• Proven track record coordinating complex projects/programs in hybrid or agile environments
• Strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate deadlines, manage dependencies and secure commitments
• Experience working in global environments across time zones and cultures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical topics into business language
• Bias toward internal customer satisfaction with continuous improvement mindset
• Curiosity about industry trends in Insurance, IT, and regulatory areas
