In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will drive customer-facing, enterprise initiatives within the global Investor Engagement team, focusing on product integration, platform consolidation, and advancing the ingage IR platform. You’ll bridge business needs with technology delivery in a cross-functional Agile setting, guiding requirement elicitation, validation, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape solutions that improve user experiences and deliver measurable business value. This role offers growth through integration of multiple data streams and entities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Evaluate current processes and propose improvements
- Prepare high-level requirements and clear user stories for refinement
- Capture information in stakeholder-friendly formats for review and approval
- Lead effective stakeholder workshops with engaging, interactive sessions
- Coordinate with off-site stakeholders via teleconferencing and email
- Work with Engineers to meet business and customer needs while building it right
- Bridge business and technology to enable solutions across the enterprise
