Senior Business Analyst

Business Analyst | Charles River & Aladdin | Front-to-Back | Asset Management

We are working exclusively with a leading firm within Asset Management to secure a Business Analyst with strong front-to-back workflow experience and hands-on exposure of Charles River (CRIMS/CRD) and/or Aladdin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on significant platform and process transformation, working closely with front office, middle office, and operations stakeholders to shape how the firm's core trading and portfolio management systems support the wider investment lifecycle.

The Role

• Gather, document and validate business requirements across front-to-back workflows spanning order management, trade execution, portfolio management and settlements
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable specificationsSupport system enhancements, upgrades and configuration across Charles River and Aladdin
• Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, risks and efficiencies across the trade lifecycle
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk and Compliance to ensure system and process changes align with business needs
• Support UAT planning, execution and sign-off for platform changes and upgrades

What We're Looking For

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Asset Management or a related buy-side environment
• Hands-on experience with Charles River (CRIMS/CRD) and Aladdin is essential
• Strong understanding of front-to-back investment workflows — from order generation through to settlement
• Confident stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across Front Office, Middle Office and IT
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills (BRDs, functional specs, process flows)
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
