Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (8-10 years of experience) to lead payments modernization initiatives using business analysis and project delivery practices

Join a leading financial institution supporting complex Enterprise Payments transformation projects. This role focuses on end-to-end business analysis activities across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and governance stakeholders. The position offers exposure to enterprise payments modernization within a collaborative team environment.

Must Haves

• 8+ years in Business Analysis supporting complex project delivery initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
• Proven delivery of requirements management for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Experience with PDLC , Iterative, and Agile project disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Agile requirements delivery
• Prior experience in a financial institution
• Payments-focused project experience
• BA accreditation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
• Contribute to change management deliverables including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and change planning
• Apply business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and align to Enterprise Payments needs
• Collaborate with technology partners on system requirements and design alignment
• Support quality assurance activities including test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
• Participate in assessment and resolution of testing defects
