Senior Business Analyst- Capital Markets

This is an approximate 9 month contract located in Toronto/ON, Hybrid(2 days a week in office).

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience within Capital Markets
• Requirements gathering and Documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements (BRD, FRD, Test Cases)
• Should have hands on PO/PM experience in Agile development environment
• Experience engaging with stakeholders in Front Office, Middle Office, Compliance, and Operations.
• Must be familiar with JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Exposure to Product implementation/Integration - Support implementation and rollout of the proposed solution by providing analytical support to downstream technical analysis (good knowledge of SQL, JSON).
• Hands on experience running queries
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex material.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Python/SQL
