Ciklum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Cards and Payments domain expertise to join our team in Canada. The candidate will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, QA, and payment processors to define requirements and deliver card payment solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and collaborating across SDLC with cross-functional teams. Experience with TSYS and API integrations is preferred.
