Senior Business Analyst Digital Transformation

Lead digital transformation analysis in Calgary with process improvement, AI-enabled solutions, and implementation-ready business requirements. This six-month contract supports a university environment.

Raise seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its client’s Operational Excellence team. You will analyze processes, design Lean-aligned future states, and translate stakeholder needs into specifications. The work includes automation, integrations, digital workflows, and ServiceNow prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current processes and identify operational improvement opportunities
• Develop Lean-aligned designs that simplify workflows
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support AI, automation, integration, and workflow initiatives
• Coordinate testing, validation, and stakeholder discovery sessions

Requirements:

• At least five years of business analysis experience
• Lean Green Belt certification or equivalent applied experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Experience facilitating process mapping and requirements validation
• Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and integrations
