Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will help clients in energy and commodities trading define and execute ETRM product strategy to improve customer experience and business outcomes. You’ll work with client teams and engineering groups to translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and deliver value through rapid iterations. The role focuses on shaping digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology with business goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding multi-stakeholder collaboration and mentoring junior analysts, in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to articulate business goals and value pools for transformative product propositions
  • Develop hypotheses to guide product development and validate learnings with user testing
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with user stories and features
  • Set measurable success criteria with KPIs and business outcomes
  • Design and enable Lean/Agile digital transformation initiatives to improve value delivery
  • Articulate technology-based solutions in workshops and client sessions
  • Identify and resolve requirements, dependencies, issues, and risks with onshore/offshore teams
  • Build and maintain trust with clients, teams, and vendors, influencing without formal authority
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor junior Product Analysts to raise product quality and delivery
Key requirements
  • Digital solutions management in the ETRM space from ideation to launch
  • Industry knowledge in energy & commodities
  • Hands-on Endur ETRM implementation experience
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes in physical commodity, trading, or banking
  • Ability to prioritize demands and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • 5+ years delivering complex business or technology solutions in ETRM space
  • Experience or willingness to learn Agile/Lean/continuous delivery principles
