You will partner with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions for Fixed Income projects. Important skills include knowledge of electronic trading, broker/dealer processes, and Agile development methodology.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead analysis and delivery for Front Office projects • Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders • Collaborate with Agile teams on User Stories and Epics • Support QA processes and test planning • Drive project tracking, risks, and deliver clear communications
Requirements: • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets • Strong Fixed Income trading knowledge and experience • Proficiency with trading platforms and integration tools • Excellent skills in problem-solving and communication • Manage multiple priorities effectively
