Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational and Excel skills; tracking will be done through Excel, SharePoint, etc.


• Understanding of MFA, SSO, IAM, and authentication concepts


• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/SSO and/or Okta


• Ability to understand and discuss SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and authentication methods with application teams


• Knowledge of NIST and IAM governance is an asset


• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills


• Ability to translate technical IAM requirements for application owners and business stakeholders


• Security certifications are not a priority

This is more of a Business Analyst / IAM coordination role than a deeply technical IAM engineering position. The candidate should understand the technology well enough to have productive conversations with technical teams, while being strong in coordination, documentation, communication, and project tracking.
