Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Technical Solutions

Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/week)

Duration: 12+ months

Pay range: $80 - $100/ hr.

We’re looking for a Senior BA with strong expertise in Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Private Funds to drive workflow optimization and technical solution delivery.

Top Skills:

• Business Analyst from a Fund Administration, Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Custody, or Fund Accounting environment.
• Understands the operational side of how investors interact with investment funds.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of private funds and the capital activity lifecycle, including capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and cash movements.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow automation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Investran and/or Yardi is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io is beneficial.
