Senior Business Requirements Analyst

Lead requirements gathering and business process improvement as a Senior Business Analyst supporting two concurrent I&IT projects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

This experienced Business Analyst bridges business problems and technology solutions through detailed analysis and documentation. You will assess client challenges, define functional and non-functional requirements, and align technical solutions with business goals. The work includes modeling, stakeholder communication, and process re-engineering to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Lead business process re-engineering initiatives
• Facilitate JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, and workshops
• Conduct use case, data flow, and process modeling
• Monitor project progress and resolve stakeholder issues

Requirements:

• Experience developing business analysis policies and standards
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to align solutions with business needs
• Knowledge of structured requirements gathering processes
• Ability to collaborate with I&IT management and stakeholders
