Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Oracle ERP AMS team, including workload allocation, SLAs, and performance.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (Purchasing/P2P, O2C, Inventory, BOM/WIP, OPM, Shipping/Receiving, WMS).
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain integrations between Oracle EBS and downstream platforms (Anaplan, SAP, ASCP).
  • Serve as primary escalation point for critical ERP issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for permanent fixes.
  • Align Finance & Accounting with supply chain transactions using Oracle Financials knowledge; support period-end close.
  • Direct Oracle SR management, diagnostics, patches, and solution deployments.
  • Coordinate environment management and online patching (ADOP), upgrades, and stability with IT/infrastructure.
  • Bridge business and IT by partnering with stakeholders to convert needs into prioritized IT activities.
  • Gather functional requirements, manage UAT, regression testing, SOPs, and change control.
  • Ensure ERP activities comply with audit, governance, and change management standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process standardization across ERP systems.
  • Identify and embed AI-driven solutions into supply chain and enterprise workflows.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or IT with hands-on Oracle EBS 12.1/12.2 experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain (P2P, O2C) and end-to-end processes.
  • Experience with EBS upgrades, 12.1 to 12.2 migrations, ADOP patching, and upgrade activities.
  • SQL coding skills and knowledge of Oracle workflows, concurrent processing, diagnostics; Azure experience.
  • Proven production support ownership for complex SCM issues and driving fixes to closure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Costing, SLA) and intercompany accounting is advantageous.
  • Oracle EBS SCM/Technical certifications and familiarity with ITIL/service management are preferable.
  • Experience with global ERP rollouts, hypercare, 24x7 managed services, or AI tool integration is a plus.
