Senior Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you advise on technology supporting growth, existing processes, and client needs. You interpret complex information and influence technology decisions during client business reviews. The role includes stakeholder management, data analysis, gap analysis, and business systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather complex requirements with business partners
• Facilitate solution design discussions and clarify scope
• Prepare and validate solution design documents
• Lead end-to-end implementation as a subject matter expert
• Guide technology and project professionals through organizational challenges

Requirements:

• Three to four or more years in BSA or BSC roles
• Experience leading projects and designing solutions
• Ability to elicit requirements and write documentation
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
