Senior Business Systems Analyst

Lead ERP transformation and business analysis for Atlantic Packaging in Scarborough, Ontario, with a currently hybrid work model. Translate requirements into practical technology solutions.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Functional Lead, you will support Atlantic’s digital delivery portfolio. You will connect business and technical teams across systems, data, and automation initiatives. The three-month contract may be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT transformation projects from conception through implementation
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into conceptual system designs and prototypes
• Lead testing strategies, test plans, and defect prioritization
• Lead change management and transitions to business-as-usual

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or related major
• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PBA
• Ten-plus years leading ERP and ancillary technology implementations
• Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, supply chain, and financial systems
• North American travel required; French fluency is an asset
