Senior Business Systems Analyst

This Business Systems Analyst gathers requirements, analyzes processes, and validates user acceptance testing for business functions. The role suits professionals with five years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or related work. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, development teams, and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for cross-functional IT projects
• Facilitate process alignment across multiple operating companies
• Create functional specifications, wireframes, and test scenarios
• Execute application testing and document addressed anomalies
• Support ERP, WMS, configuration, troubleshooting, and level two support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in analysis, quality assurance, or related fields
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and software development
• Experience in business-to-business environments
