Senior Business Systems Analyst CPBC

CPBC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland to lead systems analysis, implementation, and process improvement.

This temporary two-year term translates business needs into secure, sustainable technology solutions. The senior role owns assigned applications and SaaS platforms while addressing vendor, AI, privacy, and security risks. It also supports Microsoft 365 information protection and SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new system implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Capture requirements and define functional, non-functional, security, and privacy needs
• Analyze current processes and recommend future-state improvements and automation paths
• Evaluate SaaS solutions and complete vendor risk assessments
• Design SharePoint structures, permissions, metadata, and information protection controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• At least five years’ progressive business systems analysis experience
• Senior or lead-level responsibilities in a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Online information architecture
