Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

In this role you will own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems to support a growing rental platform. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive scalable solutions, and push automation and AI-powered improvements. You’ll operate in a fast-paced scale-up, shaping how systems enable performance across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact everyday operations and help Goodlord maintain the gold standard in renting.

• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week

• Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions
• Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities
• Gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Manage integrations and work cross-functionally in a changing environment
• Influence strategy and solve real business problems in a fast-paced scale-up

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience
• Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
