Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows that transform complex, multi-step business processes and deliver quantifiable outcomes
• Partner with business leaders across departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate complex business problems into technical solutions
• Build business cases that articulate ROI, implementation costs, benefits, timelines, and strategic alignment
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI solutions that best fit organizational needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
• Proven track record of building integrations and automated workflows that delivered measurable business value
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI assistants (Gemini, Claude), AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt & context engineering
• 2+ years of experience with RAG, vector databases, MCP and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangSmith
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
