Salary: £71,000 - 71,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of C++ and object-oriented development
• Good understanding of software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality C++ code for financial messaging services
• Collaborate with teams with varied strengths to identify requirements and implement solutions
• Participate in code reviews and help foster a culture of high coding standards
• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability
• Participate in an on‑call rota system to provide engineering support outside normal working hours to the products Centre of Expertise, with separate compensation
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends
