Senior C# Developer

As a Software Engineer at Clio, you will build and optimise full-stack features that power our legal AI platform. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to deliver scalable software, focusing on performance and clean architecture. • Develop and enhance full-stack features using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Write and optimise hand-crafted SQL queries for high performance
• Design and implement event-driven workflows using Event Store
• Enhance search and data projections with ElasticSearch
• Modernise platform components to .NET 8+ and Svelte.js, including containerised deployments
• Automate infrastructure with Pulumi and Azure DevOps
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices

• Strong experience with C#/.NET including async/await, memory management, and resource handling
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server including query optimisation, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and CSS Grid
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with scalable systems
• Experience with distributed systems, monoliths, or microservices
