Senior C++ Developer - HFT/ Trade Data (£700p/d Outside IR35)

This role is with Volition, partnering with a Capital Markets FinTech. The Senior Engineer will develop high-performance C++ systems focused on Market/Trade Data Products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full scope of development projects
  • Design and develop high-quality trading and data products and systems
  • Maintain existing software applications and fix bugs
  • Migrate systems as needed
  • Design highly scalable, testable code

Requirements

  • Development experience with C++ (Python experience would be a bonus)
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • High frequency trading or trading exchange experience (bonus)

2 days in office per week
