Overview
In this role you will architect and build scalable, high-performance solutions within the Microsoft tech stack, applying SOLID principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and advocate best practices to ensure timely delivery. You will help drive AI initiatives, exploring chatbots and process improvements. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll have visibility and influence in a growth-focused fintech startup with hybrid London work arrangements.
Pay / Benefits- Salary up to 100k

- Architect and build scalable back-end systems using C#/.NET
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and work in 2-week sprints
- Champion best practices and ensure on-time software delivery
- Drive adoption of AI features, including chatbot initiatives and process optimisations
- Collaborate with the CTO and stakeholders to shape technical direction
- Contribute to scalable, high-performance solution design in the cloud (AWS)
- Strong C# backend development skills
- Nice-to-have Python coding skills
- Knowledge of AWS
- Experience with highly scalable systems
- Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns)
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and familiarity with ChatGPT
